Flying to China - airlines, airports and flights

There are a number of cities you can fly into if flying in from outside of China. The airports include those based in Beijing (BJS), Shanghai (SHA), Bangda (BPX), Changchun, China (CGQ), Dali City (DLU) and Dalian (DLC). Learn more about the airports in China. China Airlines

One the main airlines flying to and from China is 'China Airlines', who fly between 25 countries, serving cities across Europe (including Rome, Manchester, Vienna and Munich) and Asia (including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore and Seoul). China Eastern Airlines is one of the top 3 domestic airlines within China. China Eastern have several flights into Shanghai including from cities such as London (direct flights), England and Melbourne, Australia. A good thing about China Eastern is that they have many connections to other parts of China, with their own domestic flights from Shanghai to cities such as:

British Airways fly in and out of the Chinese cities Beijing and Shanghai. Prices can sometimes be competitive. British Airways offer flights via London to many European cities such as Amsterdam, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, Geneva, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Lisbon, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Oslo, Paris and Vienna.

You can also fly from Beijing and Shanghai with BA to Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg or Poland.

KLM have a special Club China group for business people who fly to and from China. KLM fly in and out of Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Kunming, Xian and Chongqing airports.
